The Voice of the Martyrs
The Voice of the Martyrs is a non-profit, inter-denominational organization dedicated to assisting the persecuted church worldwide.  VOM was founded thirty-five years ago by Pastor Richard Wurmbrand, who was imprisoned in Communist Romania for 14 years for his faith in Christ.  His wife, Sabina, was imprisoned for three years.  In the 1960s, Richard, Sabina, and their son, Mihai, were ransomed out of Romania and came to the United States.  Through their travels, the Wurmbrands spread the message of the atrocities that Christians face in restricted nations, while establishing a network of offices dedicated to assisting the persecuted church.

City Union Mission
Since 1924, City Union Mission has provided warm beds, nutritious food and a place of safety for thousands of poverty stricken and homeless men, women, and children.
Founded by Rev. and Mrs. David Bulkley, the Mission's staff has been uncompromising in their commitment to share the gospel of Jesus Christ with the hurting and the lost.  City Union Mission receives no government support and is not a United Way agency.
The Mission depends completely on the gifts of God's people--individuals, churches, groups, foundations and businesses who care about the poor and homeless.

Advice and Aid Pregnancy Center
Advice and Aid Pregnancy Center seeks not only to provide assistance to women with unplanned pregnancies in the Kansas City metropolitan area, but to be a catalyst for making positive lifestyle changes.  We strive to serve with Christ-like compassion.
Advice and Aid Pregnancy center is a 501(c3) and is supported solely by donations, mostly from individuals and churches.  We promote chastity for single women and fidelity for those who are married.  We educate clients about abortion techniques and risks.  We work with community organizations to meet our clients' needs and accept referrals from them as well.  Our educational efforts extend to the community through churches, schools, and informal settings.  Our impact on women, families, and the community goes beyond what can be seen or measured, and hopefully counts for eternity.

Light House
Light House promises to deliver excellent services to our clients: pregnant young women, teens, young adults, families, and babies.  We strive to achieve measurable benefits to our clients: socially, physically, emotionally, educationally, and spiritually.  Ultimately we promote ongoing healthy and responsible lifestyles in our clients to better the communities we serve.
